Happy Tuesday friends! We all know that Cinco de Mayo is just a few days away.. and because of it I’ve got chips + salsa on the brain. With the weather getting warmer, I’ve been making/eating a lot of salsa. It’s the perfect lighter snack to have in the afternoons, or on the weekends with friends over drinks (like this Blood Orange Mojito from Fooduzzi that I’m trying on Friday!)
Our Fresh Mango Salsa is one of my favorite recipes to make as a snack or a topping to our Chicken Lettuce Wraps. This salsa is my go to, but lately I’ve been looking to switch it up.
