Curious if Daily Harvest is worth it for your Whole30? We tried the Daily Harvest Plant Based Whole30 Edit and are sharing our honest review!

This post is sponsored by my friends at Daily Harvest.
If you’ve ever done Whole30, you know it’s a lot of cooking. I’ve done two Whole30’s and this was many years ago when there were nowhere near as many Whole30 friendly products and convenience foods to help make it a little easier.
Choosing to eat healthier can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. There are so many great companies out there helping spread to make it easier – like Daily Harvest!

What is Daily Harvest?
You might have heard me talk about Daily Harvest before. They’re a plant based food company that makes delicious, healthy, veggie and fruit forward meals and snacks. All of their food is:
- gluten-free, dairy-free, and plant based – completely vegan
- delivered to you frozen -so you can prepare at your convenience.
- ready to eat– all of the Daily Harvest meals require little to no prep so you can save time in the kitchen!
- delicious!-seriously, we haven’t tried one that we didn’t love.
We’ve been fans of Daily Harvest for years (Check out this Daily Harvest Review post!) and were SO excited to hear that they were teaming up with our friends at Whole30 for the new Plant- Based Whole30 Edit!
What is the plant based Whole30?
Whole30 is an elimination diet that requires you to avoid specific food groups in order to help transform your health, habits and relationship with food. The original Whole30 program rules included avoiding sugar, alcohol, grains, dairy, and most forms of legumes.
Whole30 just released their new plant based program which focuses on eating plant-based protein sources, vegetables and fruit and natural plant-based fats!
Whether you’re doing a plant based or regular Whole30, it involves a lot of cooking. Even though we have you covered with over 100 Whole30 friendly recipes, it’s nice NOT to have to cook sometimes!
That’s why I’m so excited about the Plant-Based Whole30 Edit.
What is the Plant-Based Whole30 Edit
Whole30 and Daily Harvest teamed up to create a box filled with 14 plant-based Whole30 compatible items, alongside a 5 day menu plan developed by a team of dietitians.
In the box here’s some of what you’ll find:
- Vanilla Bean + Apple Chia Bowl
- Passion Fruit + Greens Smoothie, Blueberry + Hemp Smoothie
- Tomato + Zucchini Minestrone Soup (my favorite!)
- Red Lentil + Cumin Harvest Bowl
- Chickpea + Coconut Curry Bake
- & more!!
You can see all the items in the box here and $30 off your first box of 14+ items with the link below.

- Smoothies: Add your favorite Whole30 compatible milk + blend.
- Harvest Bowls: Microwave until warmed or sauté lightly in oil until warmed.
- Bakes: Bake times may vary but all of them get baked in the oven or toaster oven for about 20-25 minutes.
