In less than a month (!!!) we will be embarking on a two week trip to Italy. Our tour will take us all over the country to many places including Rome, Pisa, Amalfi, Tuscany and many more. We are both so excited.. We’ve been saving up for this trip for over 3 years, and it now it is finally time to enjoy it.
Since May, I have been working with a nutrition coach to help get my macros in line, and find what works best for my personal goals. While I was never eating ‘bad’ foods, I was eating the wrong amounts of food, which led me to feel crappy, run down, and frustrated.
I bought this set off Amazon (here) last year, and it has been one of the best investments ever!It comes with 5 different levels of resistance bands, removable handles, an ankle strap and a door mount. You can do so many things with it!
Since I’ll be in vacation mode (I may be in vacation mode right now…) I know I won’t want to get creative and make up my own workouts. My FitFluential Ambassador friends were nice enough to share some of their resistance bands workouts with me so now I’m good to go!
Even if you aren’t venturing out on vacation.. these are great workouts to try in your gym, or at home. Resistance bands challenge your muscles in different ways that weights or bodyweight exercises do!
