A Healthy Apple Muffins Recipe that is easy to make and low calorie. Made with cinnamon, greek yogurt & whole wheat flour – they’re so yummy!

– Apple sauce – Melted Coconut Oil – Maple Syrup – Brown Sugar – Vanilla Extract – Nonfat Greek Yogurt – Eggs – Almond Milk – Bob’s Red Mill Whole Wheat Flour – Cinnamon – Baking Powder – Baking Soda – Salt

HEALTHY APPLE MUFFINS

Mix together applesauce, oil, maple syrup, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, Greek yogurt and milk. Add in whole wheat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gently fold in the apples with a spatula

Add muffin liners to a muffin tin. Scoop the muffin batter into 12 muffin cups.

Bake at 425° for 5 minutes then turn the oven down to 350° for 14 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
