LEMON CHICKEN SOUP
– garlic, carrots, onions, celery – olive oil – chicken breasts – spices (bay leaves, salt, pepper, dried thyme, dried parsley) – chicken Stock or Broth
Heat olive oil in the pan. Sauté celery, onion + garlic until fragrant and softened. Once cooked, stir in carrots and spices. Place whole chicken breasts on top of vegetables/spices. Cover with chicken broth.
