STRAWBERRY OVERNIGHT OATS

The Best Strawberry Overnight Oats Recipe! These strawberry yogurt overnight oats are healthy and delicious – great for meal prep!

INGREDIENTS

– ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats – 1/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt – 1/2 cup almond milk – ¼ cup chopped strawberries – 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional – 1 teaspoon chia seeds optional

STRAWBERRY OVERNIGHT OATS

Pour all ingredients in a mason jar or sealable container. Shake/stir until all ingredients are mixed.

Place oats in refrigerator to chill overnight. When ready to eat, enjoy hot or cold.
