Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a greased donut pan to prevent donuts from sticking
Combine warm water and flax seed meal to create 'flax eggs'. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes to thicken/solidify.
In a bowl combine 'flax eggs, honey, almond butter, brewed coffee and almond milk. Stir until combined. Fold in dry ingredients. The mix should be somewhat thick, but if it is clumpy or very difficult to stir, add in a little more milk or water.
Spoon batter into a ziploc bag, cut the corner, and ‘pipe’ donuts into your pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
