4cupsrusset potatoescubed in small (approx 1/2 inch) pieces
2tablespoonsolive oil
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoononion powder
¼teaspoonpaprika
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450 + line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat baking sheet.
In a bowl, toss together chopped potatoes, olive oil + spices. Make sure all pieces are evenly coated
Spread out potatoes on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, then stir potatoes to make sure the sides are getting evenly brown. Bake for an additional 20 minutes until potatoes are browned on all sides.
