Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Note: We did not blind bake the pie crust.
In a medium bowl whisk the eggs until smooth.
Whisk in milk, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Spread the cooked bacon onto the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Loosely cover the quiche with foil for the last 10 minutes of bake time if the crust is getting too brown.
Transfer the quiche to a rack and let cool for 15 minutes. Garnish with chopped dill and chives.
