Ingredients
3/4cupavocadoapproximately 2 large avocado
3tablespoonscocoa powder
2.5tablespoonsmaple syrup
1/4teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
Spoon into a ramekin or small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes before enjoying. (make sure to press the wrap into the top of the pudding so it doesn't form a film on top!)
Store in airtight container with plastic wrap pressed to the top in fridge for up to 2 days.
