Buffalo Brussels Sprouts can be made in the oven or the air fryer! Healthy, crispy and spicy, these are the best roasted brussels sprouts. Paleo, low carb and whole30 friendly.

Oven Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silpat baking sheet.
  • Trim brussels sprouts – cut bottom 'stem' off and cut lengthwise.
  • Add trimmed brussels sprouts to a bowl with olive oil, franks red hot and garlic. Toss halved brussels sprouts until evenly coated.
  • Lay brussels sprouts face down on lined baking sheet
  • Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, flip brussels sprouts + return to oven for additional 5-10 minutes until browned.

Air Fryer Instructions:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Trim brussels sprouts – cut bottom 'stem' off and cut lengthwise.
  • Add trimmed brussels sprouts to a bowl with olive oil, franks red hot and garlic. Toss halved brussels sprouts until evenly coated.
  • Add brussels sprouts to your air fryer basket. Set air fryer to 400 degrees, 7 minutes.
  • Shake brussels sprouts halfway through (3 minutes) and return back to the airfryer for the remaining 4 minutes.
