Instructions

  • Cook quinoa per instructions in water.
  • While quinoa cooks, chop your red onion, olives, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.
  • Once quinoa has cooked, add to a large bowl with chopped veggies and remaining ingredients.
  • Stir until combined & enjoy!
