Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw pecans
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates (approx 5-6 large dates)
  • 3 tablespoons Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen

Instructions

  • In a food processor or NutriBullet, pulse pecans until they are finely ground
  • Add in shredded coconut, coconut oil, dates and Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen
  • Pulse until batter is thoroughly combined and blended
  • Roll into 1 inch bites and store in an airtight container in refridgerator
