Crispy Garlic Thyme Roasted Sweet Potatoes are an easy, yummy side dish! Perfectly roasted potatoes that are paleo, Whole30 friendly & go with everything! Perfect alongside any protein or for meal prepping!

Oven Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 + line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silpat baking sheet.
  • While oven preheats, ut sweet potatoes into small half inch pieces. 
  • In a bowl, toss together chopped potatoes, olive oil + spices. Make sure all pieces are evenly coated.
  • Spread out potatoes on lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip potatoes to make sure sides are getting evenly cooked. Bake potatoes for an additional 15 minutes until potatoes are crispy/browned.

Air Fryer Instructions

  • *IMPORTANT NOTE* FOR AIR FRYER: USE 1/2 THE AMOUNT OF OIL - you only need 1.5 tablespoon of oil
  • Preheat your airfryer to 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
  • While air fryer preheats, cut sweet potatoes into small half inch pieces. 
  • In a bowl, toss together chopped potatoes, olive oil + spices. Make sure all pieces are evenly coated.
  • Air Fry at 400 for 20 -25 minutes. If your air fryer has a basket, remove it at 10 minutes, shake, and return to cooking. This allows the potatoes to cook evenly. Every air fryer is different so check after 20 minutes to make sure they don't burn!
