    Instructions

    • Heat olive oil in a pan over the stove top. Brown meat until cooked completely, approximately 15 minutes. 
    • Pour cooked meat + all remaining ingredients in the crockpot. Stir until combined.
    • Cook on low for 8 hours. 
    • Serve over cauliflower rice + enjoy!
