Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger peeled + chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh turmeric root peeled + chopped
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sub pitted dates
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  • In a pan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, turn off heat and transfer mixture to a heat safe blender. Blend on high until everything is combined.
  • Pour into a mug and enjoy!
