Balsamic Grilled Chicken

This Balsamic Grilled Chicken Recipe is perfect for summer grilling. Paleo, gluten free, and easy to make - you'll love this healthy marinade!

  • Whisk together olive oil, balsamic, honey and fresh thyme.
  • Pour marinade into a ziploc bag or container.
  • Add chicken to marinade and allow it to marinade for at least 30 minutes. (Overnight is best!)
  • When ready to cook, heat grill on high and cook on each side for 7-9 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly (internal temp should be 165)



Substitutions for this recipe:
  • To make Whole30- omit honey
  • Herbs  - You can sub in chopped basil or rosemary instead of thyme
  • Balsamic Vinegar - Try using infused balsamic vinegars for even more flavor
  • Baking in oven - You can bake the chicken in the oven at 400 for 20-25 minutes if you don't have a grill.
  • WW Freestyle Note: Since the oil is mostly for a marinade, I only counted the points for the oil the chicken was cooked in
