¼cupfresh basilfinely chopped (about 1 .75-oz. clamshell, or 10 g chopped)
¼cupfresh parsleyfinely chopped (about ¼ bunch, or 6 g chopped)
2tablespoonsfresh chivesfinely chopped
Instructions
Place the ¼ cup of tahini, ¼ cup of olive oil, 1/3 cup of lemon juice, ¼ cup of cold water, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 2 cloves of minced garlic, and ½ tsp kosher salt in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Finely chop the herbs and mix them into the dressing (do not blend!).
Place in the fridge to thicken until you’re ready to use.
