BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS

The Best Easy Banana Overnight Oats Recipe! These Banana Bread Overnight Oats are healthy, delicious and quick to make! Great for meal prep!

INGREDIENTS

– ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats – 1/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt – 1/2 cup almond milk – ½ cup mashed banana – 1 teaspoon chia seeds optional

BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS

In a mason jar or container, combine all ingredients, cover + shake vigorously to combine or stir. You may need to stir after shaking to evenly distribute.

BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS

Store in refrigerator for a minimum of 6-8 hours. When ready to eat, serve cold or heat in the microwave.
