Healthy Blueberry Baked Oatmeal is a simple make-ahead breakfast recipe that is perfect for meal prep!

– almond milk – cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg – old fashioned oats – berries – coconut oil – honey – an egg

Mix together all the ingredients.

Pour batter in a greased 8×8 pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until top is golden brown and milk is completely absorbed.
