1lbboneless, skinless chicken breasts
1tablespoonolive oil
¼teaspoonpaprika
¼teaspoondried basil
¼teaspoondried parsley
¼teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoononion powder
¼teaspoonblack pepper
¼teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 and prepare a parchment lined baking sheet or use a glass baking dish.
Clean excess fat off of chicken breasts using kitchen scissors.
Using a meat mallet, pound the chicken until it reaches about 1 inch thickness. You can wrap the chicken in saran wrap or use a large ziploc bag to keep your kitchen clean.
Place chicken breasts on parchment paper.
In a small bowl mix together spices.
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil. Cover the chicken breasts with spices.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until it reaches an internal temp of 165. You can check to make sure your chicken is cooked thoroughly by using an internal thermometer.
