It was delicious and healthy. I used smoked paprika and just sprinkled on the seasonings without measuring.

How can there be 13 grams of fat in one chicken breast

    1. The Clean Eating Couple says:

The serving size isn’t for one chicken breast, it’s for 6 oz of cooked chicken. 1 lb of chicken cooks down to roughly 12 oz of chicken. This recipe has 2 servings, so it’s 6 oz of cooked chicken per serving. Chicken breast, although very lean, does have some fat in it. About 10-12g per 1 lb. There’s also 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the recipe (14g fat) so 14+12= 26/2 = 12g of fat per serving. The nutrition facts are just an estimate. Feel free to calculate them however you like!
