We’ve been making healthy recipes for over 11 years.
We started The Clean Eating Couple in 2013 as a place to document our journeys with health and wellness. After being fed up with feeling unhealthy – we made a New Year’s Resolution to change what we were eating, and we never looked back!
Over many years of practice, we’ve perfected how to make healthy food that actually tastes great (and doesn’t take a ton of time to make!)
We know that eating healthy can feel overwhelming, but our recipes are different than what you might find on other websites.
In a sea of confusing buzz words, we focus on the basics: real food that tastes amazing and can be made quickly!
Like you – we don’t have hours to spend in the kitchen making dinner or running to the store for special ingredients.
We wear many hats (parents, husband/wife & business owners to name a few!) and we’d rather spend our time in those roles than being stuck in the kitchen!
We want to show you that eating healthy doesn’t have to be hard, expensive, or time consuming. We’ve got over 600 healthy recipes to choose from that will prove it to you!
