Ingredients
1poundmedium peacheshalved, about 4 peaches
1tablespoonmelted butter
1tablespoonmaple syrup
1teaspoonground cinnamon
⅛teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and prepare a greased 8x8 oven safe baking dish.
Prepare the peaches by cutting them in half and removing the pit. Place the peaches in the baking dish cut side facing up.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix together well with a fork or a whisk until a dark brown glaze forms.
Baste the peaches with the mixture on both sides, coating generously.
Bake for 20 minutes or until fork tender. Turn the oven on broil for 2 minutes at the very end to caramelize the tops of the peaches.
