Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4
cup
olive oil
1/3
cup
balsamic vinegar
1 1/2
tablespoons
honey
1
tablespoon
fresh thyme leaves
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Whisk together olive oil, balsamic, honey and fresh thyme.
Pour marinade into a ziploc bag or container.
Add chicken to marinade and allow it to marinade for at least 30 minutes. (Overnight is best!)
When ready to cook, heat grill on high and cook on each side for 7-9 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly (internal temp should be 165)

- omit honey
Herbs
- You can sub in chopped basil or rosemary instead of thyme
Balsamic Vinegar
- Try using infused balsamic vinegars for even more flavor
Baking in oven -
You can bake the chicken in the oven at 400 for 20-25 minutes if you don't have a grill.
