Ingredients
1lbshrimppeeled and deveined
2tablespoonsolive oilextra virgin
1teaspoonchili powder
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoononion powder
¼cuplime juice
1tablespoonlime zestzest of 1 lime
½teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Preheat grill to 400 (medium-high heat)
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice/zest + spices. Toss peeled shrimp with marinade + allow it to marinate for at least 10 minutes. You can marinate directly in a bowl or ziploc/stasher bag.
Add shrimps on to skewers. You can also place the shrimp directly on your grill grates or flat top grill if you do not have skewers.
Place on hot grill and cook for 5 minutes. Flip + cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve shrimp in tacos, on a salad, or with rice.

You can cook these shrimp on a gas grill, wood fired grill, flat top, or in a sauté pan or grill pan on the stove!The cooking of these shrimp is fool proof, it's very easy to cook the shrimp 4-5 minutes on each side in any method and the flavor of the marinade will come through!You can use peeled shrimp or shrimp with the shells on but if you can buy medium/large shrimp shelled and deveined it will save you a lot of time!
