Citrus Dressing

Instructions
In a large bowl, assemble salad. Toss spinach and arugula with blueberries, almonds, feta cheese, cucumbers and diced avocado.
Set the salad aside and prepare the dressing.
In a food processor or small blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
