2lbsasparagus
1tablespoonlemon zest
1tablespoonlemon juice
1tablespoonolive oil
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
1/4cupgrated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silpat baking sheet.
Line cleaned, trimmed asparagus on baking sheet. Whisk lemon juice, zest, olive oil, salt, pepper together.
Brush asparagus with lemon mixture + sprinkle parmesan on top of asparagus.
Bake at 400 for 12 minutes until asparagus is tender.
