Parmesan Chicken Wings are an easy, delicious keto appetizer! Keep them paleo/Whole30 without the cheese. Either way they're crispy, healthy and flavorful!

Ingredients

chicken wings

teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
baking powder
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
Dressing:
1/4
cup
olive oil
1/2
teaspoon
dried oregano
1/2
teaspoon
dried basil
1/2
teaspoon
dried parsley
1/2
teaspoon
dried thyme

tablespoons
grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450. Prepare a baking sheet with metal cooling racks on top. Grease the cooling racks with baking spray
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
In a bowl mix together garlic powder, baking powder, salt, pepper. Toss with dry wings until coated.
Place chicken wings on top of the cooling racks. Bake for 25 minutes, flip and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
While chicken wings cook, whisk together olive oil + herbs.
Remove chicken wings from the oven. Add to a bowl and toss with olive oil/herb mixture.
Once coated with oil mixture, toss with parmesan cheese (skip if paleo/Whole30)
