plain nonfat greek yogurt

pesto

extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
Chop the celery.
Add the chopped chicken, Greek yogurt, pesto, olive oil and celery to a large mixing bowl.
Stir together using a spatula until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Serve on a sandwich or over a salad.
