olive oil

shaved brussels sprouts
(1.5 lbs)

naturally sweetened dried cranberries
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
1/2
teaspoon
fresh rosemary
chopped

tablespoon
dijon mustard
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder

shaved almonds
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pan.
Add in shaved brussels sprouts and sauté until they start to get tender (About 5 minutes)
Stir in dried cranberries, salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic powder and mustard. Stir to combine. Toss the shaved almonds in just before serving.

Nut free
: Omit nuts. You can also sub with sunflower seeds if you'd like.
Dried Fruit:
You can sub
dried cranberries
with dried cherries, raisins, or any other tried fruit
Time Saving:
You can buy shaved brussels sprouts to save time, I usually find them at Trader Joes
Cheese:
You could add goat cheese or shaved parmesan if you're not paleo or whole30
