Feeling overwhelmed how to start and grow an email list?
You’ve heard it in every facebook group, podcast, and course.. EMAIL IS IMPORTANT.
But… it’s also overwhelming…right?
Where do you even start? How do you make a popup? What should you say? What’s a freebie and how do you make one?
You probably have a bunch of questions or excuses.. But I’m going to help you crush the excuses and get it done in under a few hours.
Imagine investing just a little bit of time this week and knowing that you’re set up for success with email marketing for your food blog.
That’s why I created this challenge!
Starting August 3rd, we’re hosting a 5 day email marketing challenge. For less $$ than you’re probably spending on coffee each week (and let’s be real.. Who’s even going out for coffee right now?!) you can have your email marketing set up and bringing in subscribers and traffic every day.
By the end of the week your email will be fully up and running!
What do you get with this challenge?
- A daily 15 minute live training explaining exactly what you need to do to get your email list up (broken down in simple steps!)
- A community of other bloggers that are building their email lists and learning just like you
- Support from me and other bloggers in a Facebook group community
- Two ‘coworking’ hours where we can work together to accomplish whatever you need help with
- A fully functioning email list with subscribers ready to hear from you and bring in traffic!
Who is this challenge for?
This is for people who:
- Created an email list and never used it
- Have a few subscribers and don’t know what to say
- Get zero sign ups from their current popups/forms
- Need help making a ‘freebie’ or opt in
- Don’t even know where to begin with email marketing
- Feel overwhelmed with starting an email list
What if I already have an email list?
Most people who have gone through this challenge already have an email list. If you don’t have a list – I’ll help you start one. If you do have a list, this will still be valuable for you. Here’s what you will learn:
Why is email marketing so important?
Imagine this: tomorrow Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest just shut down. They’re gone, and all of your followers are gone with them. So is your traffic.
How the heck are you going to tell them about your new posts? Or the exciting deals? Or that cookbook you just launched? You have NO way to contact them!
The only thing you truly own is your email list.
Which is why it’s SO IMPORTANT that you get your email up and running. I know it seems overwhelming, but I’m breaking it down for you in our email challenge
Starting August 3rd, I’m going to walk you through exactly what you need to do to get your email up and running for success.

Still curious? In 2018 I barely used my email list. There were under 1,000 subscribers on it. I made less than $1,500 for the WHOLE YEAR off that traffic/those subscribers (which still.. isn’t bad!)
In Q1 of 2020 (Jan, Feb, March) I have made over $4500 from my email list. (From a combination of ad revenue + affiliate sales + ebook sales.) If things continue with that pattern, that will put me at about $18,000.. just from having an email list.
I’m teaching you everything I know to get there.. for only $49.
P.S. The price goes up on 7/29 – grab it now while you can!
What people are saying:
Teresa @ Simply Made Fun – “Before this email challenge I really struggled with consistently emailing my list. Liz helped me plan out an engaging welcome sequence with a clear outline of what to send after it was over. I’ve been able to write out a month’s worth of emails in an afternoon with the help of her email templates and content suggestions! I no longer feel overwhelmed with my email marketing strategy and I feel confident I can keep up this momentum now that the challenge is over.”
Victoria @ Mission Food – I am very glad I participated in the email challenge. Getting my email list to a better place has been on my to do list for a while, but was always overlooked because of higher priority items. Breaking down the process into steps really helped tackle this project in a manageable way. I enjoyed the co-working hours too because it was nice to connect with other bloggers going through the same thing as I am.
Nadja @ Nashi Food – Before the challenge I was completely lost about email lists, I never sent emails, I was only using RSS feed. Now I have created a freebie for my readers, and once that one sparked, a few other topics came to mind, which I’m creating. The challenge has been so easy to follow, and Liz gives excellent advice on how to do things the easy way!
