Guys! I rounded up ALL the delicious Whole 30 Energy Bite Recipes for you! Now- before you go all, “Wait, are energy bites/snacks Whole 30??” – let me clear something up really quick.
Yes, part of Whole 30 is to remove ‘snacking’ from your daily life, and instead opt for protein and fat when you’re feeling hungry. However, sometimes – you might not always have access to compliant food. There are a bunch of Whole 30 ‘approved’, pre packaged snacks like RX Bar, Chomps, and Epic Bar. These are all great – but let’s be real, at around $2-$3/serving (sometimes more) these can be a pricey option for most people.
Like you, I’m always looking for ways to save money while eating healthier. Making your own energy bites can be a great way to save money and have emergency snacks on hand for when you simply don’t have access to other Whole 30 compliant foods. If you feel like these energy bites might throw off your Whole 30 or that you might ‘abuse’ them- then don’t make them! Everyone is different, and you have to choose what works for you.

With that being said – if you aren’t doing Whole 30, all of these recipes would be great for making for easy portable snacks for the week. You could prep them on Sunday + pack them with lunches to enjoy throughout them all week!
