An Easy Greek Yogurt Taco Salad Dressing Recipe that’s delicious and secretly healthy! This dressing for taco salad is made with only a few ingredients!

We absolutely love homemade dressings! From our Homemade Ranch Dressing and Citrus Dressing, they can totally take a mundane salad to the next level.
This Creamy Taco Dressing has been our favorite for any Taco Salad or even over tacos or as a dip!
Unlike traditional store-bought dressings, this taco dressing only contains whole ingredients that you can pronounce! Plus, it only takes 6 ingredients and 5 minutes to make.

liz’s top tip for greek yogurt taco salad dressing
- Stir the dressing really well if you’ve stored it in the fridge. It can separate during storage, but should quickly come back together.

Substitutions
Salsa: You can use any salsa with this recipe, but we like red salsa!
Yogurt: You can use nonfat plain Greek yogurt or full fat Greek Yogurt – either one is delicious!
Lime Juice: Use fresh squeezed lime juice for the best flavor. Lemon juice could taste good, but we haven’t tried it.
How to make Healthy Taco Salad Dressing

- Blend the dressing ingredients in a food processor or small blender until smooth.

- Add to your favorite tacos or taco salad!
How to serve
- On top of your favorite dinner, we love it on Stuffed Taco Bell Peppers or Fish Tacos
- To finish off our healthy homemade Taco Salad Recipe

Storage
Storing: This will last in the refrigerator for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
Freezing: You can’t freeze this dressing.

Taco Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons jarred salsa
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon lime juice juice of half of a lime
Instructions
- Combine the dressing ingredients in a food processor or small blender
- Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
