  • Greek Yogurt – Greek yogurt is delicious in dips. It serves as a higher protein, lower calorie, and lower fat substitute for mayo or sour cream
  • Cheese – Most of our healthy dip recipes have cheese added to them. Pro tip: Buy a block of cheese and grate yourself. It melts much better than pre-shredded cheese
  • Small curd cottage cheese – Similar to greek yogurt, cottage cheese is great in dips (no, you can’t taste it!) it’s high protein and gives a creamy texture to dips that mimics mayo or sour cream
