Fresh Corn Salsa Substitutions and additions
Corn: If you aren’t a fan of corn, this recipe would be just as delicious with beans. We also love our Healthy Bean Dip or White Bean Hummus. We recommend using fresh or frozen corn, not canned corn.
Red Onion: White or yellow onions would work well in this recipe.
Jalapenos: Cayenne, serrano, and paprika give this salsa a kick.
Lime Juice: Lemon juice would work in place of lime juice.
Cilantro: Parsley is a great cilantro substitute.
