With the new year, many people are looking to make a shift in their dietary habits to move towards better health. We know how hard it can be to stick to a healthy diet if you’re on the go.
Over the years – we’ve searched high + low for some of the best portable snacks. We’ve tried them all + rounded up our favorites. We hope they’ll help you pack some killer snacks to keep you satisfied throughout the year!
Other things we love to satisfy our sweet tooth cravings: Enlightened Crisps! They just came out with Cocoa Dusted & Sweet Cinnamon flavors. They’re honestly delicious! I’ve been a big fan of their savory flavors, but I think the Cocoa Dusted might be my new favorite. If you use coupon code ‘CLEANEATING’ you can save 20% off their site!

RX Bars are pretty much the only protein bar I eat. I love that what you see is what you get with these bars. There are no random funky ingredients, they taste amazing and they have 12g of protein per bar! If you want to try them this sampler gives you two of each bar! Otherwise – the Chocolate Sea Salt is my favorite.
Raw nuts are another great portable snack. They’re high in protein and filled with healthy fats. This Back to Nature Cashew, Almond & Pistachio Mix is one of my favorites. It’s the perfect blend.

If you get a cute little lunchbox that can keep them cool, siggi’s yogurt is one of my go to snacks. I eat one everyday! They’re high in protein + low in sugar. They keep me full for a while + they’re so tasty I feel like I’m eating dessert!

Similar to raw nuts, nut butter packets are perfect for throwing in your bag to snack on when you’re on the go. They’re high in protein + fat so they keep me pretty satisfied. Plus… who doesn’t like to eat peanut or almond butter! These packets from Nuttzo are my favorite but I also like Justin’s!
What’s your favorite high protein snack? We usually stick to these, but we’re always open to trying new things!

Love these suggestions! I’m always trying to find easy, high protein snacks to fit in at the end of my work day before heading to the gym. My go-to is super easy and boring: a slice of whole wheat bread with a spread of peanut butter.

Thanks, Emily! Sometimes the super easy/boring snacks are the best ones! I love toast w/peanut butter
