The key to a good smoothie is a good blender! We absolutely love our Vitamix E320. It’s a staple in our kitchen from blending healthy smoothies to creamy soups, sauces, and more!
This Vitamix has two container sizes, which makes it super convenient to blend big batches of things (like soup or sauces!) or do a single serving (like this smoothie!).

We highly recommend this Vitamix if you’ve been looking to upgrade your blender to the best of the best!
(I mean.. seriously, what blender lasts up to 10 years AND has up to a 10 year warranty?!)

SUBSTITUTIONS FOR PEACH SMOOTHIE
Fruit– You can use fresh or frozen peaches in this smoothie. Fresh peaches might result in a thinner smoothie. You can also add other fruits in! I’ve included some ideas below under ‘Peach Smoothie Variations’
Yogurt– Nonfat greek yogurt is a great way to add protein and richness to smoothies for a low amount of calories. You can substitute with dairy free yogurt or full fat greek yogurt. You can also skip the greek yogurt, but may need a little bit more milk.
Milk– Any milk will work in this recipe. Almond milk, Dairy milk, or other non dairy milks will all work.
Protein Powder– Protein powder isn’t necessary but it is recommended for this recipe. The added protein will help keep you full, rather than just being blended fruit (sugar and carbs). Any vanilla protein powder will work. We like this protein powder best.
Frozen Fruit– You can substitute frozen fruit for fresh fruit. Substitute 1:1. Frozen fruit will result in a thicker smoothie. Fresh fruit will result in a thinner smoothie
Other Add Ins– Feel free to add in other nuts, nut butter, or seeds to this recipe. Chia seeds or flax seeds would make a great addition!
Greens– We love to add 1-2 cups frozen or fresh spinach in this recipe. You can’t taste it and it’s delicious. You can also try our Immunity Smoothie.
Frozen Cauliflower: Frozen cauliflower is relatively tasteless and helps thicken smoothies. It’s also a great way to add in sneaky veggies! 1/4 cup cauliflower rice will blend nicely in this recipe. You can also add frozen cauliflower florets, but they may not blend as well. We don’t recommend raw cauliflower because it can be tough to digest in a smoothie.
Peach Smoothie Variations:
Banana Peach Smoothie: Add 1/4 cup frozen or fresh bananas with the peaches to make a peach banana smoothie!
Strawberry Peach Smoothie: Add 1/4 cup frozen or fresh strawberries with the peaches to make a peach strawberry smoothie!
Blueberry Peach Smoothie Add 1/3 cup frozen or fresh blueberries with the peaches to make a peach blueberry smoothie!
Green Peach Smoothie Add 1-2 cups cup frozen or fresh spinach with the peaches to make a green peach smoothie! Want even more veggies? Add in 1/4 cup of cauliflower rice – you can’t even taste it!
Vegan Peach Smoothie – I haven’t tried making this peach smoothie vegan, but I’m sure you could use dairy free yogurt, vegan protein powder, and dairy free milk. It will change the nutrition though!

Helpful Tips for Peach Smoothie
So many fruits mix well with peaches, but our favorites are bananas, strawberries, and blueberries.
You don’t have to, but we prefer to peel them.
We like milk (dairy or non dairy) to make it extra creamy, but you can use water if you prefer.
How to Store Peach Smoothies
Storing: We recommend enjoying smoothies right after they’ve been blended. You can store a peach smoothie in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, but you’ll likely need to reblend it because smoothies often separate.
Freezing: We haven’t tried freezing smoothies, but I have heard of people making ‘smoothie cubes in these containers for freezing!
