Crockpot/slow cooker cooking is the best for a few reasons:

- Minimal prep time
- Can be made ahead for busy nights
- Everything tastes delicious good
- It cooks dinner FOR you! Need I say more?
I mean.. the last reason alone is enough to have me sold. Who doesn’t want to come home from work to have dinner already done and waiting for you? It’s kinda my favorite thing.
